FS Casino Terms and Conditions for Players

These terms apply to the casino and sportsbook operated by Intelligent Innovations N.V. (registration number 142065) under licence OGL/2024/767/0360 of the Curaçao Gaming Control Authority. By registering an account you accept these terms and the rules of each promotion you activate.

Who can play

  • You are at least 18 years old, or older where local law sets a higher age.
  • Playing with an operator licensed outside your country is permitted under the laws that apply to you; checking this is your responsibility.
  • You open only one account and provide accurate personal data.
  • You play for yourself, with your own funds and payment methods.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and do not share your account. We may ask you to verify your identity at any time and must do so for withdrawals of 1,000 USD or more. Accounts opened with false data, duplicate accounts and accounts used by third parties may be suspended or closed.

Deposits and withdrawals

  • Withdrawals return to the method used for the deposit; Flexepin can only be used for deposits.
  • Card withdrawals are limited to 450 USD per transaction.
  • Processing takes up to 2 business days for up to 300 USD, up to 5 for 301–1,500 USD, up to 14 for 1,501–15,000 USD and up to 30 above 15,000 USD.
  • If a deposit has not been wagered at least twice before a withdrawal, up to 20% (at least 0.50 USD) may be withheld.
  • If total withdrawals reach 20 times total deposits or more, withdrawals are limited to 5,000 € per 30 days.

Bonuses

  • Only one deposit promotion can be active at a time, and it must be activated before the deposit.
  • Cash bonuses are wagered with real-money bets within the period stated in the offer, usually 5 days.
  • Unwagered bonuses and related winnings are cancelled when the period ends.
  • Maximum transfers from bonuses and free spins are set in each offer.
  • No-deposit offers require phone verification within 5 days of registration and at least one deposit before a withdrawal.

Sports betting

The odds of a bet are fixed when you confirm it. In a combination bet every selection must win. Bets on events that are cancelled or not completed are settled according to the betting rules shown in the sportsbook.

What is not allowed

  • Opening several accounts or playing through another person's account.
  • Using payment methods that do not belong to you.
  • Bonus abuse, collusion with other players or other attempts to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using automated software to place bets or play games.

In these cases we may cancel bonuses, void related winnings and review or close the account.

Closing an account and complaints

You can ask support to close your account at any time; the remaining real-money balance is paid out after the usual checks. If you have a complaint, write to [email protected] with your username, the date and a short description, and we will investigate it. We may change these terms, and the current version is always published on this page.
